Advertising disclosure
How this site makes money and what that does and does not affect.
As of 5 August 2026 this site carries no affiliate links and no paid placements. Nobody pays us anything, and every outbound link is an ordinary link marked nofollow. We are stating this plainly because a disclosure page that describes arrangements which do not exist is worse than no page at all.
We intend to fund the site commercially: affiliate fees when a reader opens an account through a link, and paid placements bought by companies shown on the site. When that starts, this page changes first, before the first paid link goes live, and it will name what is paid and how.
What this changes
Which companies we have a commercial relationship with, and nothing else.
What it does not change
Scores, rankings, verdicts and the content of any review. Themethodology is applied identically to companies that pay us and companies that do not, and a company cannot buy a higher position or have a finding removed. Paying advertisers are told this before they buy.
How to tell
Paid placements are labelled where they appear. If a page is sponsored in full, it says so at the top. If you spot something on this site that looks like an unlabelled advertisement, tell us via the contact page. That is a mistake, not a policy.
Why we publish this
Because the alternative is asking readers to guess. A site that reviews financial products and hides its funding model is not worth reading.
